Authentic Neapolitan food

Michele Condurro, son of Salvatore, mastered the family art of pizza, acquired from the legendary masters of Torre Annunziata, professionals in the preparation and kneading of the dough, as well as in the cooking of pizzas.

Michele founded his first pizzeria in 1906 at the current location of the Ascalesi Hospital, which forced the pizzeria to move due to construction work.

The pizzeria moved to its current location on Via Cesare Sersale in 1930, which has been described as “the sacred temple of pizza” by experts and journalists…
